Transport 
Everyday we have hundreds of trucks on the road collecting waste from customers and transporting it to different processing locations. These vehicles meet modern environmental standards. That doesn’t mean that freight traffic isn’t a pollutant, so we’re thinking constantly about how to make transport more sustainable through alternative routes.

Where possible we make use of transport by ship or train, avoiding millions of road kilometres every year. We are continuously working on route optimisation and transport increasingly in the evening and at night to reduce heavy traffic congestion, waiting times and stationery vehicles. In addition to these initiatives, we’re turning more and more to electric vehicles. Van Gansewinkel Groep had the world premiere with the release of the first 100% electric garbage truck.

Rolling containers
We collect flows such as residual solid waste, paper, glass and foil in rolling containers. We have a broad assortment of rolling containers with volumes ranging from 240 to 5000 litres.

Semi underground containers: BE-LOW
You can also choose semi underground containers. Van Gansewinkel now offers the new BE-LOW. With these containers you can collect large amounts of residual waste, paper/ cardboard or glass. Because containers are two thirds below the surface, they only take up a limited space on your premises.

Skips
Our skips are ideal for collecting building and demolition waste, wood and bulk waste, but they can also be used for mono flows such as paper, residual solid waste and plastic. We supply skips in various sizes ranging from 6 to 40 m³. We can also provide customised skips, for example, for dewatering or collecting dust.

Hazardous Waste
Every company produces hazardous waste in small or large volumes and in various categories and flows. Van Gansewinkel is glad to help out with waste analysis and by supplying the right packaging and using the right means of transport. We can also take care of and accurately complete the administrative details required by legislation.
