Van Gansewinkel is specialist in collecting and processing of waste. Van Gansewinkel works with regional sites to be close by to our customers and to offer total solutions for all waste questions.

AVR is market leader in waste incineration with energy recovery. With a processing capacity of 2 millions tons AVR produces in its waste incineration installations in Duiven, Rotterdam and Rozenburg energy or warmth for a large part of the Dutch households and companies. We work constantly on the development of new methods and the improvement of the techniques to form waste to useful raw material, building material and fuel.

In recent years, AVR and Van Gansewinkel have developed further. The range of services has been expanded and both companies have grown enormously. Growth has not only been autonomous, but also the result of taking over or acquiring shareholdings in various companies, a number of which still operate under their original names.
